Peters Township 32 Bethel Park 23: Peters Township won four straight bouts through the middle of the lineup and came away with a 32-23 victory over Bethel Park to win subsection 4B and gain hosting rights for next week’s section tournament.
Chris Cibrone (138) had the lon pin in the run for PT. Phil Nave (Hvy) had the other pin.
Jefferson-Morgan 43, Frazier 27: Jefferson-Morgan got pins in the final three heavyweight bouts to take a 43-27 victory over Frazier in subsection 1B.
Brenton Barnhart (189), Adam Mc/anany (215) and Mason Sisler (Hvy) each had a fall for J-M (4-1, 9-2).
In one of the highlight bouts, Ryan Celaschi of Frazier decisioned Chase Frameli 3-2.
Burgettstown 74, Chartiers-Houston 0: Burgettstown gave up nothing to Chartiers-Houston, blanking the Bucs 74-0 in a Class 2A match.
The powerful Blue Devils had five pins and a technical fall to go with six forfeits.
Parker Sentipal (113), Rudy Brown (138), Hunter Guiddy (152), Joshua Ramey (215) and heavyweight Johnny Baronik had the pins for Burgettstown, the latter getting his fall in only 15 seconds.
Eric Kovach (145) won by 15-0 technical fall.
