Washington won at Steel Valley for the first time in its history with a 21-6 victory Friday night.

The victory also snapped a four-game losing streak against the Ironmen, which included two WPIAL playoff defeats.

Moye connected on a 60-yard pass with Ameer Nelson for the game’s first touchdown in the first quarter.

Then, Moye scored on a 1-yard run to give the Prexies a 14-0 lead heading into halftime.

Jayvon Roberts scored on an 8-yard run for Steel Valley in the third quarter to make it a one-score game, but Moye put the game away with a 2-yard score in the fourth.

Nelson caught four passes for 77 yards.
