Ringgold rolls to road win at Valley
NEW KENSINGTON – Nick Statsko rushed for 120 yards and a pair of touchdowns as Ringgold rolled to a 53-7 win in a nonconference game at Valley on Friday.
Demetri Lowe got the scoring started with a 54-yard interception return.
Then Stasko scored back-to-back touchdowns from 10 and 1 yards and Dezire Satterfield added an 18-yard run to make it 28-0
Valley broke the shutout when Skyler Lincoln threw an 82-yard touchdown pass to Davell McWright.
William Cameron booted a 31-yard field goal to give Ringgold a 31-7 lead at halftime.
Crosby Dague had a pair of touchdown runs in the second half on runs of 8 and 63 yards. Ringgold also recorded a safety and Dennis Hawkins threw a 43-yard touchdown pass to Ashton Mincin.
Hawkins finished with 158 yards passing, completing 7 of 17 attempts.
