Peters Township earns road upset at McKeesport
McKEESPORT – Jaden Blair had a pair of touchdown runs to spur Peters Township’s 20-10 upset of McKeesport (2-3) in a nonconference game.
Blair scored on a 1-yard run in the second quarter, which gave the Indians (2-3) a 10-0 lead going into halftime.
His second touchdown, a 53-yard jaunt, extended the lead to 17-3.
Taven Antosh made two field goals for the Indians. One from 22 yards that opened the scoring and a 21 yarder that closed the scoring.
Peters Township did not allow an offensive touchdown to McKeesport.
The Tigers’ lone score was an 82-yard fumble return by Makai Daniels in the third quarter. Brayden Ace had a 30-yard field for the Tigers.
