Cal football picked third in PSAC West preseason poll
The usual suspects are at the top of the list in the PSAC preseason football poll and California is in the mix.
The Vulcans were ranked third in the PSAC West.
Slippery Rock garnered the top spot and IUP was ranked second.
Though they are the defending conference champs, the Vulcans did not receive a first-place vote.
The Rock had four first-place votes, while IUP received three.
Gannon was ranked fourth, Seton Hill fifth, Edinboro sixth and Clarion seventh.
