Cornell rushes past Chartiers-Houston
HOUSTON – Cornell rushed for 312 yards and returned both a punt and interception for touchdowns, keeping its playoff hopes alive with a 46-14 win over Chartiers-Houston in a Class A Black Hills Conference game on Friday night.
Cornell is 3-2 in the conference and 7-2 overall. C-H slipped to 1-5, 3-6.
The Bucs scored in the second quarter on a one-yard run by Aaron Walsh, and in the fourth quarter when Brody McCrerey returned an interception 59 yards.
