Bishop Canevin too much for Chartiers-Houston
DORMONT – Bishop Canevin scored early and often in a 70-0 victory over Chartiers-Houston in Class A Black Hills Conference play Friday at Dormont Stadium.
The Crusaders (2-0, 4-1) had a 21-0 lead after the first quarter and a 49-0 halftime advantage.
Kole Olszewski was 14 of 24 for 265 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions. He threw two touchdown passes to Damar Olds, who had five receptions for 169 yards.
Jayden Lindsey opened the scoring on a 10-yard reception from Olszewski, and Henry Barbisch caught a nine-yard touchdown pass.
Barbisch, Lindsey, Ka’Vere Holeman, Myontae Mott and Iamier Wade scored rushing touchdowns.
Dominic Andreolli rushed for 51 yards on 20 carries for the Buccaneers (1-2, 3-3).
