High School Softball: Belle Vernon homers three times in win over Elizabeth-Forward

Taylor Beech, Kaylee Sypolt and Bella Williams homered for Belle Vernon and in a 6-4 win over Elizabeth Forward in a Class 4A Section 2 game Saturday afternoon.

Beech and Sypolt had three hits each. Beech doubled and drove in two runs. Lily Crawford had two hits for the Leopards (3-1, 5-5) and pitched a complete game with three strikeouts

Addyson Nigut and Julia Resnik had a home run for Elizabeth Forward (2-1, 4-3). Resnik drove in three runs.
