Everyone gets into act as Fort Cherry rolls
Seven different Fort Cherry players scored touchdowns as the Rangers rolled to a 49-6 win at Northgate on Friday night.
Quarterback Matt Sieg ran 25 yards for a score and threw TD passes of 52 yards to Evan Rogers and 15 yards to Landon Trnavsky. The touchdown passes gave Fort Cherry an early 14-0 lead.
Sieg completed three of four passes for 68 yards and ran three times for 51 yards.
Ryan Huey scored on a four-yard run that made it 21-0 early in the second quarter. Eli Salvini’s 37-yard TD scamper was followed by a 12-yard touchdown run by Christian Yanosko that gave the Rangers a 42-0 edge late in the first half.
Jordan Bianchini had the lone score of the second half for the Rangers, a 26-yard TD run.
