Upper St. Clair blanks Canon-Mac

UPPER ST. CLAIR – Ethan Hellman passed for 281 yards and three touchdowns to help Upper St. Clair (2-0) blank Canon-McMillan, 48-0, Friday night in non-conference play.

Hellman threw two touchdown passes to Drew Sanderson. One went for 45 yards in the second quarter and the other was a 68-yard connection in the third. Helman also found Logan Lapinski with an 18-yard touchdown pass in the third.

Jacobo Echeverria-Lozano connected on four field goals, three of which came in the first quarter.

Mason Calgaro had 45 yards rushing for the Big Macs (0-2).
