Huey leads undefeated Fort Cherry to road win
NEW CASTLE – Ryan Huey rushed for four touchdowns and Fort Cherry kept its unbeaten season going with a 42-0 blanking of Shenango (3-6) in a nonconference game Friday night.
Huey had 213 yards on 14 carries. He scored on runs of five, 74 and 11 yards in the first quarter to spot the Rangers (9-0) a 21-0 lead.
Matt Sieg added a 11-yard touchdown in the second and Huey sent the game into mercy rule with a 4-yard score before halftime.
Eli Salvini added an 11-yard touchdown in the third quarter.
