Oldaker commits to Marist

Ryan Oldaker, a key member of South Fayette’s state championship girls basketball team, has committed to play in college at Marist.

She made the announcement on social media Wednesday.

Oldaker, an incoming senior, also had offers from Mercyhurst, Campbell, Albany and Rider.

She’s likely the first of five Lions that will commit to a Division I school.

Juliette Leroux, Haylie Lamonde, Ella Vierra and Lailah Wright also have offers from a number of Division I schools.
