Northgate cruises past Chartiers-Houston

PITTSBURGH — Darius Fields had two 80-yard touchdown runs as Northgate cruised to a 35-7 victory over Chartiers-Houston on Friday night in non-conference play.

The Flames (4-6) had a 14-0 lead after the first quarter and a 21-0 halftime advantage before the Buccaneers (3-7) found the end zone on Aaron Walsh’s 16-yard touchdown pass to JJ Moushlian and Teegan Bogden kicked the extra point.

Fields rushed for 205 yards on eight carries.

Walsh was 10 of 24 for 93 yards and rushed for 119 yards on 24 attempts. Moushlian caught six passes for 67 yards.
