Hopewell downs McGuffey

HOPEWELL – A tough season for McGuffey (0-4, 0-7) continued with a 63-0 loss to Hopewell (2-2, 5-2) in a Class 3A Western Hills Conference game.

Hopewell quarterback James Armstrong threw four touchdown passes, two to Nasir Wade, and ran in another score for a five-touchdown game.

Armstrong had 289 yards passing.
