Penguins add 3

The Pittsburgh Penguins signed forwards Anthony Mantha and Rafael Harvey-Pinard to one-year contracts Wednesday and defenseman Phil Kemp to a two-year deal.
Mantha, 30, is a 10-year veteran who has spent time in the NHL with Calgary, Vegas, Washington and Detroit. In 507 career games, the 6-5, 234-pound forward has 146 goals, 157 assists and 303 points.
Harvey-Pinard, 26, spent last season in the Montreal Canadiens organization. He appeared in one game with the Canadiens and 40 for their AHL affiliate, the Laval Rocket, where he notched 19 points
Kemp spent the season with Bakersfield of the AHL, playing in 56 games and tallying seven goals.
