The Wild Things announced Wednesday that infielder Tommy Caufield has signed a contract extension for the 2024 Frontier League season.

Caufield joined Washington last season after playing at Millersville University. A former PSAC and Atlantic Region Player of the Year, Caufield was a shortstop at Millersville. With the Wild Things, the majority of his playing time came at third base. In 49 games with Washington, Caufield batted .245 with 18 extra-base hits, including three home runs. He had a five-RBI game against Empire State.
