Wild Things’ streak ends in rain-shortened game
CRESTWOOD, Ill. – Cam Phelts hit a tiebreaking RBI infield single in the seventh inning that gave the Windy City ThunderBolts a 3-2 win over the Wild Things in a rain-shortened game Tuesday night.

Windy City scored in the seventh against reliever Brendan Nail (1-1).
Dan brown (2-3) was the winner with 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief.
