Chocolate-pumpkin muffin goodness
Chocolate, pumpkin, muffins. All good. Chocolate-pumpkin muffins? Delicious.
Whether you’re a fan of baking or don’t know how to preheat an oven, keep this recipe handy. It’s easy and quick; the oven does most of the work, so once you master the art of preheating and setting the timer, you’re good to go.
All you need, besides love, is the following:
• 1 large can of pumpkin
• 1 box of chocolate cake mix (any brand is fine)
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
• 1 tsp. of vanilla
All you need to do:
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Combine ingredients.
• Line a cupcake pan with cupcake wrappers, or use cooking spray.
• Fill each hole ALL THE WAY with the muffin batter and place pan in oven.
• Set the timer for 28-30 minutes.
• While the toothpick test will lead you in the right direction, it may be wise to under-bake these muffins a minute or so.
That’s it. All done. Now you can enjoy a not-that-bad-for-you treat.
