Spring has sprung
In celebration of schoolteachers – those everyday heroes who work courageously to make a difference in the lives of their students – Tanger Outlets teamed with area educators to model spring’s hottest looks from the coolest stores. In keeping with the spring fashion theme, we also bring you the stories of some Canonsburg area women who are keeping the tradition of Easter bonnets alive. And a Peters Township custom purse designer is the subject of our regular “Conversation with” feature.
