Robin Richards/Observer-Reporter When your last name is Wolfe, the perfect Halloween costume might be Little Red Riding Hood. Tabitha Wolfe of Fayette City swirls into her cape Friday afternoon at Halloween Dreams to Screams inside Valley Pool and Spa in the Old Mill Mall in South Strabane Township. Wolfe is an emergency medical technician for Arcelor Mittal coke plant medical facility in Monessen, and she is also a volunteer firefighter for Washington Township. She said she and her mother planned to wear matching costumes for Halloween.
