Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:
Rebekah A. Brooks, 35, 185 Marra Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged November 24, 2016; sentence – 6 months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine; 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Dennis A. Metzler, 55, 2 Hilltop Drive, Finleyville; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 6; six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Darren Victor Partzotozi, 39, 151 Griffith Ave., Apt. B, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 24, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 72 hours in jail, $1000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Lewis Eugene Mowery IV, 26, City Mission, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged April 13, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Brian Molinaro, 37, 685 ½ Fayette St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 19, 2016; sentence – 10 days to six months in jail, 85 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.
Jeff C. Aldridge, 44, 159 E. College St., Apt. 2, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 17, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:
Clark C. Campbell III, 34, 347 E. Pike St., Houston; retail theft; charged April 23, 2015; sentence – six months of probation, restitution, no contact with Sears and retail theft classes.
Mark Gaydos, 23, 202 Russie Ave., Apt. A, Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the ARD program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
