Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Justin Key, 27, 978 Thompson Ave., Donora; simple assault; charged May 23; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Charles Raymond Fetsko, 35, 97 Main St., Daisytown; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 25; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, $200 fine and no contact with the victim.
Holly Nichole Kabiru, 26, 601 Locust Lane, North Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 26, 2016; sentence – $300 fine.

Snatchko, Adam Jr., 21, 502 Giffen Ave., Canonsburg; strangulation; charged Jan. 12; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail and no contact with the victim.
Heather M. McCrackan, 40, 450 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 65, Pittsburgh; making a materially misleading false statement on a gun application; charged Aug. 29, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Kevin Paul Watson, 30, 10164 Ball Lane, Byesville, Ohio; retail theft; charged June 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Pier 1 and Lowes.
James Mayen Mayen, 36, 103 Cecil St., Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 19, 2016; sentence – three years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Calvin Edward Henderson, 26, 414 Blaine Ave., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 12, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Ryan Robert Grooms, 37, 81 Maurice St., Uniontown; criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and driving with a suspended license; charged July 7, 2014; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, two years of probation and $500 fine.
