Because of the Fourth of July holiday, there will be no edition of the Observer-Reporter published Wednesday, July 4. Offices will be closed Tuesday and no obituaries will be accepted for Wednesday. The obituary department will reopen at 4 p.m. Wednesday to accept obituaries for Thursday’s edition.
