Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:
Patrick Evan Crumpton, 35, 100 Shirley Ann Drive, Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 20; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Keith Phillip Stotka, 52, 501 Lowhill Road, Brownsville; driving under the influence; charged July 1; sentence – 72 hours in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Anthony Ray Christmas, 38, 103 W. Walnut St., Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged May 21, 2016; sentence – no less than 10 days to no more than six months in jail and $1,500 fine.
Anthony William Stewart, 33, 210 S. McDonald St., McDonald; two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, charged July 28; sentence – 36 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring and 100 hours of community service.

Jason Orin Stevens, 44, 184 Morton St., New Eagle; simple assault and recklessly endangering another person; charged Feb. 14, 2017; sentence – no less than one to no more than two years in jail, one year of probation and no contact with the victim.
Shaelynn Marie Saunoras, 24, 675 Ewing St., Washington; criminal mischief and harassment; charged Sept. 21, 2016; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.
Nathaniel T. Engott, 37, 221 S. College St., Apt. 4, Washington; retail theft; charged July 18; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
