There is a long legal in today’s MVI – page B8 – about John LaCarte wanting to develop a building at Alta Vista in Fallowfield for CDK Perforated Holdings Inc. which operates under an umbrella corporation known as Nine Energy Services. The development is exclusively related to Marcellus Shale.

We have been LaCarte Development Co. engaged to explore and work on devel a new site for NES. ParThey have entered contarct to purahcse lots 14 and 14a (10 acres). Part if tWe have tio get zoning variance — for certain setbacs Blding on both.
