Cousins Maine Lobster

Get there early for this one – there’s always a serious line! But, trust us, it’s well worth the wait for lobster rolls with fresh Maine lobster. “Main lobster is the only sustainable fishery in the world,” says owner Jim Matz.

Recommendation: The Connecticut Roll – “The lobster meat is warmed and we add lemon butter,” Matz says.

Make it gluten free: Lobster bisque and clam chowder and corn tacos are gluten-free. Order the lobster rolls without the bread – served on a bed of cabbage instead
