Brian D. Temple of McDonald, PA has been selected to become the next President of Imperial Land Corporation effective January 1, 2020. Imperial Land Corporation is a privately held company, established in 1973 with its principal business being real estate development. At present, Imperial Land Corporation owns over 5,000 acres of land in Allegheny and Washington Counties situated in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Imperial Land Corporation has completed over 2 million square feet of industrial development in Findlay Township, Allegheny County and is currently planning over 6 million square feet in Robinson Township Washington County. After 30 years with Imperial Land Corporation, Gerald F. Bunda will retire on December 31, 2020 and take a lesser, part-time, position with the company.
