BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
The Uniontown High School Hall of Fame is hosting a basketball tournament Feb. 13-29 for girls and boys in grades 3-10. Each grade has its own division, and grades 7-10 also have big/small school divisions. There is a 3-game minimum with flex scheduling, and teams must start no later than Feb. 22. CASH BASH
The McGuffey Softball Boosters Valentine’s Cash Bash will be held Feb. 15 at the South Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department Social Hall. Tickets are $20 per person if purchased in advance and $25 at the door. Ages 21 and over only. Tickets are available at Minteer’s Market and NAPA Auto Parts on Main Street in Claysville. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. First drawing will be at 7 p.m.
