I tell my students, part of mixing it iup is cardio 3 times a week, and weight lift 2 times a week, or 3, cardio takes the energy to the heart, but lifting is energy to the muscles. Do 15 minutes of weighlifting 2-3X a week. For women, we need that for bone 

Garmin watch, if sitting down it tells you get up and moe around, it keeps me on track, and free apps, the scale, or my fitness app, the graf shows weight loss. Valerie has apple watch, a watch has tips, gatdgets are cool, thehy’re not for everyone.
