nearly 3/4 ofrsponsendets approved of hsoptial community’s responese to covid , 59 perccent said those guys should be prioritirezed when funding for fed cares act is allocated.

HAP asked for finanical relief for hsoptials as they face immence finanical challenged estmiated at $10 billion, but they’ve been foffered a short term loan mprgoram. 21% revenue loss on average, hosptial jobs are being lost, communiteis are being aimpacted.

Locla hospitals support jobs for 650,000 pas., largest employers in 85% of hospital communities.

Hospitals stood to help the people of PA. 

We are working to help patietns without insurance. Trying to ensure financial difficulty is not a barrier to care.

What’s important is we continue sitting down at negotiating table and get a funding plan in place. Collaboration with health department and regional coalitions has been important, reason we’ve been effective in helping to flatten the curve.
