A brief in Thursday’s edition of the Observer-Reporter incorrectly stated the dates of a state Department of Transportation project in Washington. PennDOT changed the date of the work Friday on the westbound Jefferson Avenue Interstate 70 on-ramp to begin at 8 p.m. July 23 until 6 a.m. July 26. A marked detour will direct westbound traffic to the I-70 eastbound on-ramp to Murtland Avenue’s I-70 westbound on-ramp.
