Ignite one year
Brian Coleman
I think the biggest thing is they’ve been there to provide resources for us along the way as far as whether it be business, financial advice, general support, networking connections, finding similar businesses that maybe correlate well with mine as a networking piece.
I was part of the summer cohort last year. Got involved basically about a year ago. Recipient of a second-place prize from their ideas 2 Enterprise competition.
I started my idea through ignite was initially a mobile physical therapy practice, since expanded to a physical location in Greene County. Still do the mobile piece on the side in Washington County
Franklin Township
‘I like the idea of having support from people who have experience in having a business and having resources locally that I can go to when I had questions. Otherwise it felt like you were on your own. solo entrepreneur.
To kind of have a team without having to lose equity is nice.

I’ve been involved since then it’s great now that they have the space open. There’s more physical opportunity to stay involved with the organization. It’s wonderful
Helped in many ways, connecting with other business owners. Lauren has matched me up with people in the same sort of industry that I’m in. having the presence in the community where it would take a lot more effort without them facilitating that.

I definitely have been able to reach more people because of the events they have and just having Lauren and Max to help connect me with people I don’t know that i would have connected with otherwise

I really wanted to formalize a business plan and to be able to get involved with this great service W&J and all those involved have put together.

A member of Ignite
I have a desk at the actual building free resources such as printing, using some of their smaller spaces, huddle room, nook to take phone calls a few hours in the conference room.
Prior to becoming a member I was just renting space as needed. It seemed to be financially better to use the conference room for the slots that go along wit being a member. It’s becoming such a great networking space in and of itself.
All around it just seems like it can really help push the business forward.
Washington incubator at the time. Every point that I’ve been at they’ve been able to guide me to the next step.
What About Steam. Went through program in 2019 transitioning to making it a non-profit.
Our mission really is to add educational enrichment programming to the area.
Fourth annual STEMfest in September.

I would not be where I am today without their support.

Been with Ignite since the beginning. I went through the very first class and took second place grant
Lauren has been wonderful. Ever since the Ignite facility has open up here in town the amount of interaction she has given me and my Furry Friends camp to get a shine out there in local area.
My business has grown for sure. I do it all single-handedly. It was a business built for two and I’ve been running it by myself. Known for doggy day care and grooming property on the facility parking recreational vehicles. I’ve expanded into an additional business.
Working on renovating space below doggy day care and that will go on to something else for someone else.
Two separate parking lots in property she purchased.

I had been in business 32 years as a corporate buyer. I just though that would really give me the opportunity to link into other small businesses in town and learn from each one of them that had a little bit of a dynamic offering.
