imagine there is a public safety building on campus. I know in places such as Waynesburg & W&J, it’s right in the middle of campus. Is that the case at Cal? Yes, our Campus Police operate out of Building B, which is in the middle of our on-campus housing.
Do officers patrol the campus on a regular basis? Yes. We are on duty 24/7 and our department consists of 15 Police Officers and 3 Security guards/Dispatchers.
Are there emergency blue light phones on campus that you see on many campuses? How about security cameras? We have 45 Blue phones on campus and approximately 450 cameras.
Any other measures that may be taken on campus? All of our officers are MPOETC certified and complete mandatory in-service training annually.
