The students and staff at Trinity North Elementary celebrated Law Enforcement Appreciation Day on Jan. 9. Trinity North’s school officer, members of the sheriff’s department, and Pennsylvania state police officers were recognized with a certificate and a bin of goodies by principal, Dr. Sam Demian, who expressed his gratitude for their service to the school and community.

Pictured, from left, are Deputy Kris Salzman; North’s officer, Jerry Allen; Sheriff Tony Andronas; Lieutenant Bob Copechal; State Trooper Melinda Bonderanko; Chief Deputy Tony Mosco; and Corporal Brady Pascoe.

Also pictured are second and third graders talking with the officer during lunch.
