The Observer-Reporter was unable to print Friday’s edition after heavy storms hit the region, causing a power outage at the newspaper’s production facility.

The TV listings and Quick Read page were eliminated from Sunday’s edition to accommodate Friday’s obituaries and legal notices.

The contents of the July 21 publication are available in the e-edition digital format on the newspaper’s website at www.observer-reporter.com.
