Correction
A story published in Sunday’s edition of the Observer-Reporter incorrectly stated the date of the Scholastic Art & Writing Award ceremony and reception at Penn West California University. The event will be held Sunday, March 19. The exhibit and reception are in the gallery of the Manderino Library. Doors open at noon and the ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. in the Natali Student Center.
