TURKEY TROT 5K
The annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk will be held on Thanksgiving (Thursday, Nov. 23). The run begins at 9 a.m., with the walk to follow. Cost of the race is $30 for all participants and $25 for those 18-and-under. Online registration has ended, but paper applications are available at the Uniontown Salvation Army on Fayette Street in Uniontown or by contacting Lt. Jessica Lane at 724-437-2031 or by email at Jessica.Lane@usa.salvationarmy.org. The Fun Run for children 11-under costs $15. Early packet pickup will be available Wednesday, Nov. 22, from 3-7:30 p.m. at the Salvation Army. Packets can also be picked up race day starting at 7 a.m.
