BROWNSVILLE Aggravated assault: Joshua Krcelich, 24, of Brownsville, is charged with aggravated assault, endangering welfare of children, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault. Police said Krcelich had gotten into an argument with the mother of his son when she came to pick the boy up Thursday in South Hill Terrace, Brownsville. The Pennsylvania Resources Council Entries is seeking entries for its annual Gene Capaldi Lens on Litter Photo Contest. The photography contest rewards amateur photographers who snap unusual or eye-catching images of litter and its effects across the commonwealth. The purpose is to bring awareness and to encourage residents to take steps to reduce litter blight. The contest is open to Pennsylvania amateur photographers online. Fayette County man accused of exposing infant son to cocaine

A Vanderbilt man is accused of leaving cocaine unsecured at his house that was later ingested by his infant son. Stephen Kozakovsky, 30, is charged with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person. The son, whose age was not listed in the complaint, was brought to Penn Highlands Hospital on the morning of Dec. 21, where he was described as “lifeless” and in respiratory distress.
