Ohio man charged in North Strabane crash

North Strabane police arrested a driver involved in a head-on collision Thursday afternoon. David Michael Orosz, 29, of Barnesville, Ohio, faces a felony charge of aggravated assault by vehicle, and misdemeanors of reckless endangerment, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the criminal complaint, the accident occurred at about 1:15 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of McClelland Road and Village Drive.
