A North Strabane man is accused of recording secret videos of young children inside a home’s bathroom and downloading copious amounts of child pornography on his cellphone. Tomas Eamon Dubbs, 41, was charged Wednesday with more than 100 felony counts that included child pornography, child sex abuse material, sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility, along with three misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy. The investigation was prompted by a tip that was submitted through ChildLine, said Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Kalee Barnhart. The Washington County coroner's office is seeking information on Steven Thomas Files, who was born July 14, 1962, and died April 19. According to the coroner's office, he was found in his hotel room at the Days Inn on West Chestnut Street in Washington.
