Amwell residents voice support for data center regulation

More than 50 residents expressed their support for a proposed ordinance regulating data center development in Amwell Township during a Monday night hearing at the Lone Pine Social Hall. The township’s board of supervisors called the hearing after tabling a motion to adopt the ordinance in May, citing a need for further revision and public comment. Washington man charged in rape of young boy

A Washington man was arrested last week and accused of raping a young boy on multiple occassions last year. John Bryan, 61, was charged Friday by city police with multiple felony counts after officers were called to investigate a child welfare report. Police said the 5-year-old boy told investigators about the assaults and a medical evaluation showed injuries from being raped, according to court documents. The child also appeared to have bladder issues possibly caused by a sexually transmitted disease.
