Brownsville man accused of filming people in bathroom

A Brownsville man is accused of using hidden cameras to record multiple people in a bathroom. Adam Arena, 45, is charged with nearly 160 counts, including sexual abuse of children, child pornography, invasion of privacy and criminal use of a telecommunications facility. Charging documents said the allegations date back to June 2024, when a child discovered a camera inside a shampoo bottle in the shower. Police traced the cameras back to Arena, according to the criminal complaint. Officers seized a cellphone, laptop, and several other electronic devices at Arena’s home. West Beth bridge to close for repairs

The Route 2020 (Ten Mile Road/Main Street) Bridge is scheduled to close between Jefferson Avenue and Lone Pine Road in West Bethlehem Township, Washington County, beginning Monday, June 1. The bridge closure is expected to remain in place through late June, weather and operational permitting. Drivers will follow a posted detour following Route 2020 (Ten Mile Road/Main Street), Interstate 79 and Route 2011 (Lone Pine Road).
