With the resignation of Angelo Senay, Canonsburg is in need of a new borough manager. Senay, who replaced Billie Bilko in September, resigned from the position on Friday. The borough manager position was not discussed during Monday’s council meeting, but when questioned afterward, council President Eric Chandler said, “We have to talk about it and we’ll go from there.” When contacted Tuesday, Senay said the atmosphere prompted her decision. A water line break Tuesday forced the shut-off of water to the former World Kitchen Plant in Charleroi.
