The Washington County coroner's office is seeking information on two people who died recently. Richard McCartney was born April 29, 1964, and died at his Washington home on June 3, 2026. James O'Conner was born January 26, 1960, and died May 29, 2026, in a care facility in Washington County. He was from Waynesburg.
