The Washington County Community Foundation is launching a fundraising campaign for its Close to Home Disaster & Emergency Fund. The foundation is hoping to raise $250,000 to match a $250,000 anchor gift from an anonymous donor. The fund provides grants to human service organizations in the county to provide relief after natural disasters, economic disruptions, public health emergencies and other types of calamities.
