Water to be shut off in Brave next week

Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will have the water shut off in the Greene County town of Brave between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday for the following areas to upgrade the system: Monday: Chestnut, Walnut, Locust and Freedom streets; Tuesday: All of Brave; Wednesday: Maple, Lantz and Elks alley, and Tom's Run from Maple Alley to State Line Campground; Thursday: Tom's Run, State Line Campground to Maple Alley and Woodland. Customers may experience low pressure or now water and are advised to keep containers of water to minimize the outage.
