A mother and her 6-year-old daughter were injured Sunday night in a single-vehicle rollover on Route 18 in Chartiers Township. The woman was driving in the 1600 block of Henderson Avenue about 8:45 p.m. when she lost control of her car and struck a pole before rolling over, Chartiers Township police said. The 27-year-old Washington woman, who was not identified by police, was taken by ambulance to UPMC Mercy hospital in Pittsburgh, while the girl was flown by medical helicopter to Children’s Hospital.
