BROWNSVILLE Aggravated assault: Joshua Krcelich, 24, of Brownsville, is charged with aggravated assault, endangering welfare of children, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault. Police said Krcelich had gotten into an argument with the mother of his son when she came to pick the boy up Thursday in South Hill Terrace, Brownsville.
