BROWNSVILLE Aggravated assault: Joshua Krcelich, 24, of Brownsville, is charged with aggravated assault, endangering welfare of children, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault. Police said Krcelich had gotten into an argument with the mother of his son when she came to pick the boy up Thursday in South Hill Terrace, Brownsville. Krcelich fired a gun toward her as she ran to her car, the complaint said. He was lodged in the Fayette County jail after being unable to post $50,000 bail. NORTH UNION TWP.
